Using movement and a text composed of poetry and quotes, Sunny explores the dimensions of performing such as feeling/somatics, structural economic circumstances and representation/image production and how they affect, support or contradict each other. It is a choreographic research into gestures that suggest authenticity but that are rehearsed and composed. The performance is accompanied by three wall works and one floor work that function as well as an installation. Currently Sunny is collaborating with artist and musician Lamin Fofana, who is composing a prologue and an epilogue for future iterations.
